Lovely range of effects! My faves are #5 and the last one.

Do you want to delve into the details?

I just think that 5 has beautiful sharpening without being overly sharp, the crop is great, and I love the definition in the strands of her hair.

The last one has an interesting expression, and I really like the contrast between the stark and serious-looking bw style and the playfulness of that expression.

I can understand #5 better ... but still can't work out what's special about the last one ... but nice to know the combination worked!
